EU foreign ministers: J'lem should be future joint capital

(JERUSALEM POST) — European Union foreign ministers passed a watered down resolution on Tuesday for the 27-nation bloc to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of both Israel and a future Palestinian state.

“The EU will not recognize any changes to the pre-1967 borders, including with regard to Jerusalem,” said a draft EU ministerial resolution seen by The Associated Press.

PID COMMENT: Woe to those who would divide Jerusalem! God has proclaimed it HIS city forever! But still the enemy will try to divide it in order to destroy the Lord God Almighty.

Daniel 11:39 — “Thus shall he do in the most strong holds with a strange god, whom he shall acknowledge [and] increase with glory: and he shall cause them to rule over many, and shall divide the land for gain.

Also, Joel 3:1-2 “When I restore the fortunes of Jerusalem [in the last days] I will gather all the nations and bring them down to the valley of Jehoshaphat. Then I will enter into judgment with them there on behalf of My people and My inheritance Israel whom they have scattered among the nations and they have divided up My land.”
