BRUSSELS, Nov 16 (KUNA) — Jordanian Foreign Minister Nasser Judeh underlined here Monday his country’s support to the establishment of an independent Palestinian state.

“Jordan recognized a Palestinian state back in 1988 when it was declared in Algiers. We have an ambassador of Palestine in Jordan. Palestinian issue is a part and parcel of our own national security,” he told a press conference in Brussels after a meeting of the EU-Jordan Association Council.
