Good for Texas! The US sovereignty is at stake here! Sorry for the death of any human, but Medellin was convicted of raping and murdering 16-year-old Elizabeth Pena and 14-year-old Jennifer Ertman in June, 1993. Despite the Bush administration’s meddling, the US Supreme Court have Texas the go-ahead. Coming here from another country doesn’t mean you have immunity from our laws.
