Cheney Joins Congress In Opposing D.C. Gun Ban

Two items stood out for us on this one — 1) “a majority of Congress” support guns in D.C. (surprising since so many in Congress would like to remove them from Middle America), and 2) Cheney asserted his position as President of Congress (remember how Cheney referred to himself as a ‘Fourth Branch’ not subject to usual rules.
