UK: Cut price fertility treatment for women who donate eggs for controversial cloning research

January 10, 2008 (DAILY MAIL) — Women are being offered cut-price fertility treatment if they donate eggs for controversial cloning research. The scheme, funded by the taxpayer, entitles them to a refund of around 50 per cent of the cost of the IVF service in return for giving half their eggs to researchers working on human cloning.
