16 foreign embassies in Brazil receive mysterious green powder

(XINHUA) — Brazil’s federal police on Wednesday collected envelopes containing a suspicious green powder that were delivered to 16 foreign embassies in Brasilia.

The envelopes, bearing Brazil’s official stamp and identifying the nation’s president as the sender, were sent to the embassies of Denmark, Belgium, Canada, Peru, the United Kingdom, China, the United States, Germany, Italy, Iran, Palestine, Japan, Bolivia, Saudi Arabia, Syria and Australia.
